When you submit the waitlist form on our website, we collect:

We do not collect your name, phone number, wallet address, or any financial information at this stage.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address for the following purposes:

To evaluate your interest and qualify your application for the beta program
To notify you when SEYAKIN launches or when your beta access is granted
To send you occasional updates about the product — no spam, ever

We will never sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Where we store your data

Your email address is stored using the following third-party tools:

Airtable — used to collect and manage waitlist submissions
Notion — used internally to organize and review applications

Both services are GDPR-compliant and store data on secured servers. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. No data is shared with advertising networks.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until you request its deletion, or until 12 months after the public launch of SEYAKIN — whichever comes first. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from all our systems.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
